Precision Engineered Systems manufactures technologically advanced equipment that performs consistently to customer specifications.  We achieve high first-time throughput rates as high as 99.8%, even when brazing aluminum, by approaching each automatic brazing or soldering application with dedicated equipment and processes.  Our machines are designed to effectively eliminate setup time.  A new setup is as easy as inputting the part number into the user-friendly Operator Interface.  The machine automatically resets all process parameters so you're up and running immediately.

Utilization of standardized sub-systems and an extensive inventory allows us to offer the shortest lead times in the industry.  We use readily and locally available mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to enhance serviceability.  Custom and proprietary components are used only when standard items are not available.  Service downtime is minimized because all components are positioned for easy access, removal and changeability.
