Patent Award for Linear Brazer^TM

This revolutionary machine was awarded U.S. Patent #6871771 for its innovative technology. It will revolutionize the HVAC industry because it will automatically braze manifolds that up until now were brazed by hand. The machine eliminates dependence on skilled labor, dramatically increases production and controls the amount of alloy used in each joint, thereby saving money, providing higher quality and increasing throughput for the customer. AWS Welding Show 2004 - McCormick Place

April 6-8, 2004

We had two booths this year. The one on the left was a small table-top exhibit in the Brazing Pavilion with most of the consumable suppliers that we deal with on a regular basis. The other one was farther down the isle where we had our equipment. We had a chance to talk to many great people about their products.

AHR Expo - McCormick Place

January 27-29, 2003

Chicago, IL - The AHR Expo at the McCormick Place in Chicago was a great success for us. Many of our new sales reps came to the show and were on hand to help man the booth. They each brought several of their principals and customers over to see the equipment in the booth.

We displayed our new LB^TM Linear Brazer (patent pending), a machine that we feel will revolutionize the HVAC industry. The machine will automatically braze manifolds that up until now were only brazed by hand. The machine reduces the dependence on skilled labor and controls the amount of alloy used in each joint, thereby saving money and increasing quality and throughput for the customer. The introduction of our Linear Brazer brought so much attention that the booth was steadily busy all three days.

Best Practices Award

October 24, 2002

A "Best Practices Award" was presented by the Volusia Manufacturers' Association to Perry Sperber, Tony Graziano, Bill Bell, and Ken Will, management team of Precision Engineered Systems for their Strategic Planning System.

The award was presented at the annual Award Ceremony at Pelican Bay Country Club. Presenter Brian Powderly from Edgewater Powerboats exclaimed "This company has the planning system of a company at least 10 times it's size".
